Centre for the Holy Quran

The Centre for Holy Quran was established in the Maldives, in order to make the public as well as future generations aware of the importance of the Holy Quran. It is also the aim of the Center to increase awareness as well as publicize information, researches as well as recent findings as related to the Holy Quran.

Managed directly under the supervision of the Presidents Office, the Center was envisioned by His Excellency, President Maumoon Abdul Gayyoom, and was established on 22^nd of December 2000 (27^th Ramazaan 1421 AH).
